Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Reputation offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. 

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and what you're returning. You will be emailed back with a return label for your purchase.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Reputation accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

Reputation offers exchanges on all product. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

Once your exchange / return is prepared, you can drop it at any FedEx location or leave it with your mailman/doorman. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Reputation does not offer exchanges on International orders.
